Pediophobia

BatmanRobinEthos
I was in a Starbucks the other day and thought of this assignment while I was waiting in front of the bottled water display. I was trying to think of how it could be turned into a commercial, using “At least it’s an Ethos!” as the slogan. But I didn’t get very far.
Then I saw Talky Tina’s take on the Batman and Robin running scared assignment and thought I should work with that.
Maybe calling a phobia an ethos is stretching the definition, but so what? The Wikipedia page for pediophobia has a cool chart explaining one of the theories behind the phobia.

Well, this just explains a lot! And I have heard @cogdog say that he is afraid of dolls. So maybe that is why he is pretending to ignore me. But why? I am not a doll, I just played one on TV. So it is silly.

But I like that you liked my GIF and that you re-mixed it into this Public Service Announcement about being afraid of dolls. And maybe it also explains why Batman and Robin lit out the way they did. Maybe they have that afraid-of-dolls thing.

    Well, bye!

P.S. I saw what you did there, in the uncanny valley.
